Sião Dub nasceu da união dos músicos Vicente de Jah & Seletor Max, com o objetivo de promover um ideal de amor, consciência e justiça em suas músicas. Vicente de Jah é cantor, compositor e fundador da banda Sagrado Sião, onde traz nas suas composições a esperança e o amor a Jah. Já fez participações no palco com: Vibrações, Semente da Paz, Natty Jah, Tribo de Jah, como também em gravações com: Alexandre Naturalove (Voz do Coração), Ato Libertário (Mostre o seu Valor). Seletor Max é músico contrabaixista de reggae, produtor e Dubmaker onde começou seus trabalhos em 2002, sendo um dos fundadores da banda Sagrado Sião. Participou de vários projetos como a banda Raízes Remanescentes, Oganjah, Ato Libertário e a banda Cultiva Vida. Como produtor musical trabalhou gravando e mixando algumas bandas locais. Atualmente a Sião Dub vem se dedicando na produção de Riddims, utilizando uma linguagem voltada ao Dub, fazendo experiências com Ecos, Delays e Reverbs, resgatando a cultura original dos primeiros Sound Systems jamaicanos. Assim unem uma pegada original que vem desde a raiz jamaicana com sua hegemonia no estilo, ao próprio reggae com influência nordestina.
