Em uma viajem recente para a ilha de San Andrés na Colômbia ouvi o som dessa banda e gostei,

e por sorte acabei encontrando o CD com um ambulante que me abordou quando me viu com a camiseta do Bob Marley, o mesmo disse já que você curte um reggae... conheça uma banda local!

quando fui ver o CD era o mesmo que já estava procurando e ai está para vocês também conhecerem essa banda colombiana muito boa!!!

ROYAL RUDES, um grupo de reggae a da de Ilha de San Andrés,
oferece uma obra original, com letras em Inglês ou Espanhol,
inspirados pela filosofia Rasta e com música influenciada
pelos ritmos Afro-caribenhos, misturando "reggae roots",
"salão de baile" e " ska "em um som único.

Sua aventura começou em 2010, quando Ricardo Newball,
dedicado a assegurar o reconhecimento das competências
e originalidade dos artistas de reggae locais,
convidou seis dos melhores músicos da ilha para
trabalhar em conjunto para formar uma banda.cumplicidade e carisma fez o resto:
a mistura é perfeito .. e sua energia fez chegar
multidões e movendo-se em seus shows!.
Com mais de 400 shows no etapas regionais,
ROYAL RUDES estabeleceu-se como o melhor banda de Reggae
em San Andrés.

2013 foi um ano crucial:
Em abril, ROYAL RUDES é escolhido o como o grande destaque
entre as banda de reggae da América do Sul ao vencer a grande
final do "Concurso Latino Rototom", em Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Essa façanha foi seguido em agosto por um convite para participar
no palco principal do festival mais importante reggae da Europa:
"Rototom Sunsplash" em Benicassim, na Espanha. Em novembro,
o Royal Rudes tem duas indicações para melhor canção reggae:
uma para "liberdade" no "Prêmios Choque Tigo 2013", em Bogotá,
o segundo para "O que você vai fazer" no prêmio ENAI em San Andrés.
